Marie Curie Initial Training Networks are joint research and training projects funded by the European Commission. Funding is provided for young researchers to carry out individual project work in a European country.

The STEEP Network has recruited fourteen early stage researchers (ESRs) and four experienced post-doctoral researchers (ERs) over the course of the four year project.
